2. Security & Master Password

CRITICAL WARNING: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master Password. We do not store your Master Password and cannot recover it for you. If you lose your Master Password, you will lose access to all your encrypted data permanently.

You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Store illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the application code.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Family Sharing

Fibly allows you to share vaults with family members. You understand that by sharing a vault, you are granting those specific users access to decrypt that data. You are responsible for verifying the identity of the people you invite.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, profits, or use, resulting from:
